Media Production

One team for the whole job. We plan, shoot and finish film, photography and social assets for companies across Dubai and the wider UAE, in English and Arabic.

Our process

The film is made before the camera turns on.

Most of the work happens on paper. By shoot day the decisions are already made and written down, which is what keeps a production calm.

Read the full process
  1. Discovery

We work out what the media is actually for, who has to watch it, and what has to be true by the end of it.

  2. Written treatment

You get the idea in writing before anyone spends money: tone, structure, what appears on screen.

  3. Locked script

Wording, order and length are agreed and signed off. Changes after this point are deliberate, not accidental.

  4. Storyboard and call sheet

Every shot is drawn or described, then turned into a schedule with crew, locations, kit and timings.

  5. Shoot

Cinema cameras, controlled lighting, direction and sound, run against the plan rather than improvised on the day.

  6. Post and delivery

Edit, colour, sound and captions, then every format you agreed, exported and handed over in one organised set.

Scope and packages

How scope is agreed.

Before anything is booked we put the shape of the job in writing, so there is nothing to argue about later.

Scope

Package details are confirmed during planning.

We do not publish a fixed package list, because the crew shape, the number of shoot days and the delivery formats change with the brief. We agree all of it in writing before anything is booked.

What the scope conversation covers

  • What the media has to achieve, written in one sentence you agree with
  • Crew shape: who is on set and what each person is there to do
  • Number of shoot days and where each one happens
  • Every deliverable format and aspect ratio, listed before we shoot
  • Language versions, captions and who supplies the translation
  • Review rounds, delivery dates and who signs off each stage

Common questions

Questions we get asked first.

What does media production include?

For us it covers the whole job: working out what the media is for, writing it, planning the shoot, filming it, and finishing every format you need. Film, photography and social cuts are planned together rather than bought separately.

Do you work outside Dubai?

Yes. We are based in Dubai and produce across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain. Location permits and approvals are arranged as part of pre-production.

How long does a production take?

It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. Four to eight weeks from locked concept to final delivery is common. A shorter path is sometimes possible, but only after we have reviewed the scope with you.

Can one production cover film, photo and social?

Usually yes, if we know before the shoot. Vertical framing, stills coverage and cut-down lengths all change how a day is scheduled, so they are planned into the call sheet rather than added afterwards.

How do I get a price?

Tell us the situation and we will scope it with you, then put the scope and the cost in writing before anything is booked. We do not publish a fixed package list, because the crew, the shoot days and the delivery formats change with the brief.
